Lagos is the dirtiest at the moment Oga.
Take a trip from the Niger bridge into Onitsha this year and tell me if that your report was done recently or back in the years.
I don't know of Aba coz am not from there.

She later called me after a day to say she regrets wasting her money going to Lagos.

The dirtiest places in Lagos at the moment are marketplaces where Igbos dominate. Ur friend couldn't cope with the hustle and bustle of Lagos, that's why she didn't enjoy it

With their apprentice programme called "Boi" they produce 50,000 business millionaires annually.
Onitsha produce more than 50k millionaire via same master & servant programme.
So Lagos is just an addition of just 20% or less.
