report to the institution you graduated from, they would do for you new I.d card

you can go with any kind of headphone u like, for the palm, its a big lie, you can go with your leather palms or iron palm or any kind of palm, but they will not allow u to wear them, except during the Carnival or burn fire night

to avoid embarrasment and waste of time, pls go and get a new ID card from your institution bcoz those NYSC staffs can be frustratin' atimes, to avoid this i will advice u to go and get a new ID card or just visit those business centers that do ID card and pay them

New id card won't be ready b4 d 19th April. We are in d same shoe. After i submitted necessary documents on d 10th of April for a new id card , i was asked to chect back in 3 weeks' time. Hopefully, d camping is postponed.

Read instruction wellllllaaaaa. They saod anything dat will disrupt finger print e.g laali. It doesn't mean u going to d north
