The Anambra Broadcasting Service - ABS has raised an alarm after a frustrated Nigerian man threatened to commit suicide. On the programme Issues which aired last Sunday on ABS 88.5FM today, the show anchor discussed suicide, its causes and suggested ways to curb it with guests.

This afternoon, a Facebook user Bishop Cosmas Peterson who listened to the programme contacted ABS and made some troubling revelations which was shared online with his permission.

"ABS de great station of Africa de East, voice of voiceless. i hail you. you held program dat why do people commit suicide.why would like me as am in predicament of hell not commit suicide. i have no one on earth to assist me In life. i pass through hell to see myself through ND & now without a job. i have been crying all day asking someone to get me connect to a job yet no one is willing to save my soul hell. suicide remain de best options to end dis suffering.

i'm by name Victor cosmas Peterson. Pls help me with careless wisper to come my aid. l am 37years yet not married, no job, nor a place to living. De spirit of suicide is hunting me. i dnt want to go to hell Pls"

This is not by blaming the government. Itsjust a plain fact that we dont love ourselves in this part of the world. That's why politicians will go into the office and loot millions not giving a hoot about who the millions will help. Crazy people. May the Lord touch someone to help this guy

Giving up is the failure itself. Try to man up and face life challenge without fear. Think of those with wife yet no children or even end up marrying someone who is now their worse nightmare. Think of those with jobs yet no health or the job duties lead them to death, etc.

There is always the question of what next to life?
