Perhaps, this will provide employment opportunities for some and it will also generate IGR for the state if properly managed and funded.

Good. But all there is here are 3 large, aesthetic swimming pools, couple of houses, some good landscaping and indoor draft centre. Maybe it's like one of those children's book that you're asked to spot the missing item or so.

Hopefully this can give Osun a much needed boost in IGR. Imo, they should consider looking into tech and science as well. By the way, why is the water so dirty? It looks like one of those swamps in the Bayou in Louisiana. grin
