I will make a video again on GMO, maybe today. it seems most people don't know what it is. But those that think they know what it is have very poor understanding of it. Just to illustrate the problem we have, I see there are lots of people with strong opinion about GMO. But do you eat bread? Do you know about L-cysteine? It is non-essential amino acid added to many baked goods as a dough conditioner in order to speed industrial processing. It is used in the commercial breads industry for pizza dough, bread rolls and pastries. L-cysteine is extracted from a cheap and abundant natural protein source: human hair. The hair is dissolved in acid and L-cysteine is isolated through a chemical process, then packaged and shipped off to commercial bread producers all over the world. What do you do when you have 1.3 billion people in your country that needs haircut? Besides human hair, other sources of L-cysteine include chicken feathers, duck feathers, cow horns and petroleum byproducts. Go to the barber shop in China and ask them what they do with all their fair cut from clients. You will be surprised where they are going to. How do you like your bread now? It is not GMO.
