Great pictures but I hope the city is planned with areas zoned for commercial as well as areas for residential. I hope that they have green spaces for R & R such as parks and nature reserves.

srop smoking weed.delta state is the only state in Nigeria that has 13 urban city two govt houses two airports u can’t compare d two cities warri that’s not d capital city is bigger and more developed than 90% of other state capitals in Nigeria

U are deceiving urself. I'm from Delta state and I am not happy with the state of things in Delta compared to neighboring Anambra and Imo. I have been to Warri, Sapele, Obiaruku, Abraka, Agbor and Asaba and I can tell you that these cities are just like Benin city in Edo state. They look more like rural places than urban. Streets in Asaba have more red sand than streets in Onitsha coupled with small or no drainage. Warri is just too rough and most parts of warri look like Abraka. Delta states in general also lacks industries. Its better to live in Onitsha than to leave in any city in Delta. As for Airports, Owerri airport is more beautiful and organized than the two airports in Delta and remember that the Owerri airport is also a cargo airport while Asaba airport is just an international airport with low traffic

Are you saying you don't know difference between enugu city and enugu state. He is comparing the enugu city and Ibadan city in landmass. And he's is very correct. Enugu city not up to osogbo self.
What has landmass got to do with beauty? Ibadan is bigger than Tel Aviv in Israel but Ibadan is just too undeveloped to be compared to Tel Aviv. Enugu city is smaller than most cities in the SW but it is definitely more beautiful than them. Even Osun state is bigger than Enugu but Enugu is far more developed than it, at least to Nigerian or African standard.
