All this while i have been looking for a perfect look that i want my page to look like, until i stumbled upon the www.foxnews.com page

Please i need an expert to tell me what i can do to get the exact look of the page without necessary programming. I just hope i can get a theme that i can install that will give me a look of that page or something close to it
