I wish they also include categories of luxury 3 bedroom flats of one storey buildings with 4 flats.

Anyhow, the luxury duplexes and luxury bungalows are okay. At least most will be occupied by the home owners which will reduce the incidence of abuse of the estate if it's filled with tenants.

The brick building looks great. They should make more brick houses in the Centenary city to give it a unique touch.

They should just use red bricks. It looks better especially on pillars and support beams. Such as those fence pillars.

But i like the concept of using bricks for homes in Nigeria.

I don't think Nigerians will like the SA design.

We prefer houses with the American style roofing, not the South African style.
This style of houses will make the state appear mediocre and it should be discouraged. Even if it's cheaper, Nigerians will always prefer a house that looks imposing than looking like cardboard design

The estate developers should make the lands there affordable so that people can purchase enmass,that city is long overdue was there 2013 to check things for myself,the amount they told me was very discouraging.

Well, I think some nigerians will like it since it's a different design from the norm. People like to stand out sometimes, either through their cars, clothing or even housing
