I just passed near the building few minutes ago and decided to take pictures from a distance. Not sure how to get inside and didn't bother before I become their first arrest so I did pharisee style. At the front, there is a giant EFCC Logo that was put up last week. It was constructed by Julius Berger.

This is an amazing edifice but trust me when i say that the actual cost of that building is way below N10b(this is even when we account for 'wastage').

However, it is not enough to erect such magnificent structure but what is needed is to build and nurture strong anti-corruption institutions and laws that can check corruption without political interference.

Highly Inflated. I know the building right beside federal medical center Jabi Airport road.

So this building is N24 billion, a building of an agency fighting corruption? With less than N5 Billion, I can erect a magnificent building than this.

I'v seen the progress of the building at least once or twice a week for the past two years. I must say a top notch, quality work was done there by Julius Berger. QUALITY was always shouting from the construction but definitely not worth 24 Billion. Some people have Fed fat on the project. At MOST, 15B should put down that work.

What is content of the building
Some smaller building in USA and Europe cost more
The question is , why are the gadget inside the building ?

24 billion Naira is equivalent to 65 million dollars and for the EFCC to say it spent over 65 million on this high rise contraption is very overpriced and questionable.... I I put the modest value of that Build at about 8.5 million dollars ..
