Well they do not mean the same thing to the rest of the world. A God is supreme while a god is lesser than God.

We are the gods. We are supremely powerful, infinite, spiritual beings having a temporary human experience. All religions origins are based on entheogenic use. The experience of Gaia, God, the Universe, the Source. Knowing, from experience, the truth of the world. Seen and unseen. Faith is believing in a story that someone told you, because you trust that person. Experience with knowledge leads to wisdom. Wisdom, when properly heeded leads to insight. These religions also represent explain the movements of the planets, constellations, and the sun. We arrogant, willfully ignorant human race overcomplicate everything.
