Why would the Police let him to "jump off" their moving vehicle? some of the police were either settled or they're acting a poor written script, as for him being taken to hospital, he should continue with his act, the game is almost up for him.

Dino would have avoided all these drama...with his position as a senator, he would have handled it better.
