Please how do I convert the airtime on my phone to cash?

For two months now, 5000 naira airtime is weekly debited from a relative's bank account into his Airtel sim and he's got about 60,000 airtime now. He just called to inform me of the problem and I promised to help with a solution. He has visited the bank and they promised to work on it and do a refund but from what he's getting it doesn't seem like the Manager has a solution. Is there anything he can do to get his cash? Is there a site, a trustworthy place where he can trade it and convert the money? Thank you.

Thank you, bro. I already did that. Been trying to contact their customer care to get how it works(to no avail) and I'm looking for real reviews. Been in contact with the bank too to see if something can be done about it.
