Alright thanks, 1 submitted and did my biometric on 5th of March and every friend I made there got response between 2wks. Though they were denied at least they know their status and can reapply if they wish

You won't believe i just got a refusal letter today, that was dated 31st of January, stating ugly facts that they are sorry they don't think I'm eligible based on my family ties in Canada, I don't even have any family members in Canada, I didn't even fill such in my form submitted, I think this people are just mean, so they kept me waiting for 3 months before sending me a refusal letter that was dated a week after my biometrics... something is wrong here..please I beg the gurus to help me respond to this kind of ugly letter... that was the only thing I got this morning and I'm surprised.... help oh!

A closing balance of 12M with a proper inflow and outflow of daily transactions
A reference letter from my bank stating me as the sole signatory to the account and moneu

Landed properties
Good travel experience USA 3 times, S.A. 3times UAE 10 times, with all the stamps clearly showing in my passport, I even just renewed my U.S. visa and that was sent too...

Company documents and pictures to back up
Letter from my company stating I'm the CEO of the company and detailed purpose of visit...

What could possibly be going on... I urge the gurus to help me oh...

Not even a bird nor a cat or a dog knows me in Canada or has called me from Canada ... my purpose was to visit Toronto while in U.S ooo..because I will be travelling to the U.S. for a month of which I can visit Canada as supposed to going direct from here..

I still find it very difficult to conclude in a week on an application done online! I know sometimes they take 2 weeks or more to reach a conclusion but this one weak me! ... Jesus! From 23rd to 31st of January? You then kept the refusal letter till 26th of April before sending it to me! Na wa...

Cos the refusal letter to me feels that was for someone else not me, may be the person that treated my case was at the same time treating a case of an individual who has family in Canada, you can never tell untill you address them, cos if you say you are refusing me cos you feel i won't leave Canada based on my family ties in Canada And I have no family or friends there and it wasn't stated in my form either,how can you be so sure I won't, with the ties back home? Company,properties,monies and fact that i have traveled to a neighbouring country 3 consecutive times in 2 yrs with no criminal records and was still able to renew my visa?? I await the response of my letter to them before I can proceed...

Hello house, I and my husband are applying for Canadian visas via the online route. He is an engineer with lots of travel history. Work takes him around a lot. I am a legal practitioner with no travel history, not even Ghana sef, lol. We have a child but we are not applying with her for now. We would do that if our visas are approved. Our circumstances are;

A. Husband's bank statement with 5m
B. My bank statement with 3M
C. Husband's landed property documents (about 7)
D. Our employment documents

Husband has applied for US visa three times and was denied. He has an expired 6months and 2years UK visas. He's been to Germany,France, Spain, Italy, China, India, Vietnam, Hong Kong,.

What do you guys think our chances are?

Also, can I add my baby's birth cert to the folder for marriage certificate? What about the landed property documents? On which of the folders do we upload it. My passport does not have any stamping. Do I still need to upload all the pages or just the bio data page?

Yes add all that documents they are important, regarding property documents..add documents that shows proof of ownership and only submit. data page of your passport since you don't have any visa stamp on it.

Your hubby also need to submit pages of his passports with those visa stamps and data page as well.

List of places you people intend to visit while in Canada also need to be included.

I am asking cos i have a smilar case. In fact, for my kids, it was renewal, my spouse was applying for the 1st time while I still have a valid visa. They gave me same flimsy excuse. I have ordered to gcms notes. But can it be appealed?

When it comes to Canada visit visa..profile is not what qualifies you to enter Canada..Canada no send whether you have been to the moon or space before,if you like visit the US once every two weeks ,that is not what Canada has ever looked for or looking for ward to use as a criteria.ordering your gcms note wont even solve the problem because your refusal reason has no basis ,Canada didn't just want to issue you with visit visa.I have told people that its easier to get US visa than that of Canada and i don't know why and nobody knows why.So just wait for some time and reapply.There is nothing more you need to add in your application..that's just the truth. Even the US visit visa people have argued that you need travel history,good job,family ties all are lies...the US visa officers dishes out visa according to their mood.When i got denied US visit visa,i went with my cousin who had never visited even Ghana,his passport was even gotten 2 months before the US visa interview and he just finished NYSC looking for job and single.I on my part just even returned from a work seminar from Berlin,i have been to 19 European countries,3 Asian,4 South America,3 Middle east,12 African countries some work related,some vacation with my family and some to watch sports games like Lawn tennis,world cups,Champions leagues but i was denied based on family ties,travel history and all not what after the visa officer flipped all through my 3 passports with valid visas but my cousin was given 2 yrs entry visa with a virgin passport and no family tie and no job..so this things happen,but barely 4 months that i was denied the same US visa,same US embassy gave me 10yrs visit visa.

Please check my handle bro,I live in Canada,and the 4 months you saw was 4 months arriving Canada as a permanent resident.Not every body has a crooked story like you..take time to search my handle name here in all Canada discuss and then you will know better,you can as well read from page 1 of this same thread and you will know better...also take time to visit the Permanent resident thread of 2013 and then you will know me better. if 10yrs US visit visa to Nigerians in Canada to you is new then you know nothing.
