Here, anything less than 60 is considered a fail mark.

Shut the fk up. Schools overseas have different grading system. Some are 50 while others are 60.

What are you saying? In any postgraduate courses, 45 is still failure. The minimum pass mark is 50 for both masters and PGD degrees while for pH.D, the minimum grade is "B".
