I'm grossly surprised that some Nigerians don't know what this is?....well lemme say this you use this with animal power i.e a cow or horse you can plough then the cart is used to carry your things drawn by the animal....to be fair they selected who they seem is for to use tractors and gave some the manual ones, some farmers will start telling you they don't have money to buy fuel or some parts of the tractor.
