Krisoral group owns four industries in HIL Onitsha

One of his industries
Krisoral and Company Limited (K&C), a member of Krisoral Group of Companies, was incorporated on 8 May, 2000 as a limited liability company under the Companies and Allied Matters Act of 1990. The factory sites are located at:
Km 1 Onitsha-Atani Road, Harbour Industrial Layout, Ogbaru, Anambra State, where our PET Preform, HDPE, and Drug Dispensing Cups plants are running; Plot IN/60 Harbour Industrial Layout, Onitsha, Anambra State, where ROPP and PVC Printing lines are situated.
The company was originally conceived to close the gap in the supply of PET preform and PET bottles for EDFI, Eastern Distilleries and Food Industries Limited (a sister subsidiary), but with time its operations expanded and diversified considerably to include the manufacture of ROPP caps and HDPE caps, Drug Dispensing cups (DDC), PVC shrink labels, etc.
Through these products, we not only service food and beverage industries but also supply cosmetics, distilleries and pharmaceutical industries with quality packaging products of international standdard.

In another country that values heavy job creating enterprises, the govt would have provided a 24 hour electricity for them, but not in Nigeria, where animals are better protected than human.Obiano should as a matter of urgency do something about irregular power supply which had over the years killed a lot of our industries in Anambra state.

Another new industries of Krisoral group
Last time VP Osibanjo visited HIL he laid the foundation stone of Eastern Distilleries and Food Industries Limited, a non-alcoholic Beverages Plant, a subsidiary of Krisoral group in 2016.

This is the current stage of the industry, I covered it last two weeks I visited the area, it is still under construction

It is just before this BRIDGE!
If the lake is going to be integral to the running and success of the new hotel then they need to tidy it banks.....no unsightly stuff like that area in the pic that looks like a mechanics workshop or loads of containers. The property next to it with the well kept lawn should be what they should be aiming for around the entire lake.

GBAM!

This is not just an urgent need for recreation, it is need in creating a Central Business District area where at least 5-8 storey buildings and hotels can be built.
It may be too late to do that in Ose Okwuodu area, But along Atani roead and Up 33 and Nsugbe areas, the Government should capture a large expanse of land and begin allocating the plots to corporations and organizations willing to build a corporate office in the region. To make the place easily accessible, a dual carriage road must connect the area to the 33 (Onitsha-Aguleri road).

They can develop a massive virgin area of water front and take time to plan it well to have resorts and corporate offices. And well connected to Onitsha and Awka by dualized roads.

Eko Atlantic city was exactly a dream like that which great men had the guts to put a few processes in motion to launch it. That is the type of spirit needed here to provide a modern business district in the Southeast similar to what is obtainable in developed countries. It may not materialize in 10 years, but if the ROAD into the area are built and the plots around the area allocated, it will gradually begin to take shape in time.

Permit me to lend credence to your assertions,
I think there is bipod of opportunities for captains of industries investors and economic rain makers of all myriads of moulds to venture into the already proposed awka Millennium city CBD, and this particular onitsha water front CBD,

At this Juncture, Anambra is metamorphosing into economic dondada of not just the south east, but expanding her economic tentacles to the south South and middle belt,

Simultaneously, such can be seen on the other flank, where aba and Abia by extension is strategically poised to expand beyond being the epicenter of Commerce, trade, artisanship and feeder to her seven neighboring States of the South East and south South,

They already mapping out new CBD in umuahia, and calling on investors to key into the new enyimba industrial city,

Back to onitsha CBD, I will suggest the government explore the services of professionals and experts to carry out a comprehensive integrated EIA and mapping of allocations for purposes they are meant for in accordance with the stipulated masterplan. The proposed new routs and spurs for the second niger bridge on both the asaba end and onitsha end, are at best for me, another perfect opportunity for CBD and other waterfront development.

Our population is on the rise, we need to create more opportunities this very minute kitakita to absolve our offspring and ourselves.

The opportunities are enormous, and we got to be open to serious minded prospective investors from all sectors, Anywhere and wherever as can be found,

This charity got to begin in our bedroom, Orient petroleum and the likes of Doctor Godwin Maduka already indicated interest in building their cooperate headquarters in awka. At best a mixed use edifice, for better patronage.

Without any pussy- footing the government should take the bull by the horn, and get down to business by walking the damn talk.

Nwanne kam je kwakuo olu, Maka ime late.

Watch from minutes (18:00), FilmHouse stated that in 12-18months, Awka will have more cinemas than any city in Nigeria aside Lagos. He also made it clear that cinemas are already being built in Awka right now.

l like the commissioner for environment and hope that our environment will be for once be reshaped to a 21st century standard!. Our environment is a great cash cow and I don't know why they are not taking it serious!. We can generate at least 1 to 2 billion naira in Onitsha metropolitan area alone every month.Govt can not continue to fail in their responsibilities!
Re: Update on developments in Anambra state-photos by investnow2013:
Jobs can be created in environmental services and products!.Govt can create arround 10000 jobs directly & indirectly in Onitsha alone just on environment!.

The beautiful thing about Anambra development is as much as they are propelled by the indigenes they are also evenly distributed among the three senatorial zones.
Awka deserve like 3 cinemas and 2 shopping Malls because of its white collar outlook.

This is former Power Mike Sports Complex along Atani Road before Iyiowa Bridge, Calidon bought it and demolished the complex that use to be the home for Udoji and Jasper United in 80s, 90,s and early 2000s.

There another company beside it, the place used to waterlogged before the man sandfilled it and build the company
