Good day mama,
I had my son 3 weeks ago suddenly he is having rash on his face alone. While his body is very much smooth what can be d cause. The same thing is happening with my sister's baby too.

Dies it look like heat rashes? Or are they big, or like pimples?

Please ask your doctor to be sure, the baby is still very young to be doing guess work.

Wishing her good health and happiness.

Thank God I'm seeing ppl with like minds. I had a vagina delivery with no complications sef but the thought of another baby still scares me. Every time I see a pregnant woman the first thing that runs through my head is how will she cope with labour, then I start feeling for her as I'm the one going to go through the labour. I can count how many times I got down with dh this month just because he doesn't want family planning and im scared of belle. The thought makes me cry sometimes sef. Pls hope I'm really Ok?

Haa, you are very OK o.

Even me I had vaginal birth in January and till now almost half a year later I still have jitters when I think of all the pain that I felt both during labor and after giving birth.

I had a very long labor, for more than 15hrs, my eyes self were turning me, I didn't know if I was conscious or unconscious cos of pain still I didn't dilate enough until late at night.

After that I tore when giving birth and got stitches, they were sewing me before anesthetic started working so I felt pain gaan. The stitches self didn't let me sit down well for days afterwards.

Then there was the painful pile I had to bear for about a week because of how hard I pushed.

I am not ready yet abeg.

Must it swell? My ds is 25months and I didn't notice any swell at all not even a scare or was it not well given? shocked shocked shocked shocked shocked
Maybe you should do Mantoux test to find out if the vaccine was well administered. I think there's supposed to be a scar to show, or else you'll need to take the vaccine again

I'm not really scared of childbirth per se, probably because I have a fairly high threshold for pain or because I had my DD per VD without complications (labour lasted for basically 3 hours) or maybe 'cause I had heard and read so much about the stress and pains of childbirth and I prepared my mind for 'pains from hell' when I got preggy... I'm already preparing my being for the second missionary journey as soon as my DD clocks 1.

My DH also don't want to hear me mention FP, I don't know what he's so scared of about FP. I trust myself sha, when I'm ready I'll do what I want to do. It's my body, I bear the pain, stress and all. I think i should have a say...

Nothing is wrong with that just make sure dw eats and reata well. She needs all the help and assurance that you got her back. She can still nurse the older baby with pregnancy if she wants as long as she EATS WELL! I mean highly nutritious foods so she doesn't get depleted and weak.

Congratulations but after this try fp so her body can recover all the best.

Wait o..my baby's own did not swell o. I actually noticed it last month but did not think much of it. Does that mean she would take it again?

Hunniesuzie I hear you in that career halt thing. I lost my chance of being a Chartered Secretary while I was pregnant cos I could not write my last paper. Nine months later, I never still write am. Nothing will stop me IN December sha. Got to the final stage of interview in a multinational in December last year and did not make the cut because all the lawyers in their legal department are Chartered. It pained me o. Masters wey I dey do now na by God's grace. Never paid anybody in my life to write a test or assignment for me but now ehnn lipsrsealed lipsrsealed lipsrsealed.

We women lose so much on this journey to motherhood and society just expects us to chin up and take it because you guessed right, our mothers did it...but ask majority of our mother's, they too had reservations but couldn't speak up because they were taught that they are meant to be seen and not heard. May God help us jare

Anugod:
Mine didn't swell at 6 weeks or even 14 weeks. We're 5 months plus now and I just noticed the swelling last month. I think you should wait till like 6 months. It should show before then

Kai. Kai Oga Congrats first but abeg make una dey help una wives abeg. This is what we are talking about. Sex is sweet but pregnancy is not! It takes a big toll on a woman's body. It's not easy. The stress of being pregnant and then taking care of a toddler. Oga sir, I hope you are hands on. Do the dishes, cook, sweep, scrub the bathroom. She needs all the rest she can get now. Make sure she is eating well and taking her prenatals. Help her with anything and everything. May God make it easy for both of you.

Hello everyone! Light weekend reading

Waladade4luv, please make sure she uses her first gynae, if she can. If there were any issues in the first pregnancy, he/she would know your wife enough as a patient, to know what to expect.

I have sha told him no cd, no action. But seeing as cd sef is not reliable, fear is kashing me o angry
To me CD is the most reliable if used appropriately only, except it burst which does not really occur. Av seen some people got pregnant with some family planning b4 especially the iud and the injection type
