From all indications Buhari may abandon the multi-million dollar super tucano aircraft due to condition US attached to it that Buhari must establish a sincere and frank negotiations with IPOB. It has been carried by many international journals that buhari manipulates state machinery to label IPOB a terrorist group, a position US has vehemently opposed. American media speculate that this is a payback time for Buhari and his autocratic rule.
