Hello people!

I don use style become Canada EE evangelist...lol.

A friend of mine has a degree in Pharmacy and an MPH. She does have about 6 years experience working as a pharmacist BUT in the last 3 years she has been working with international organisations using her public health degree.

She doesn't want the stress and extra cost of PEBC and wants to only evaluate her (ivy league) MPH with WES. She also does not intend to practice Pharmacy in Canada (at least for now)

Can she claim points for her Pharmacy experience? Getting reference letter for the work experience is not a problem. Can she "claim" to be a pharmacist without evaluating her pharmacy degree?

Thank you.
hey. If she intends to claim points for work experience as a pharmacist, then she needs to evaluate her bpharm or Pham d with pebc. If she wants to claim work experience in her non-pharmacy role over the past 3 yrs, she only needs her mph evaluated and reference letter(s) from her employer(s) over this period. If she did not work as a pharmacist during those 6 yrs but as a sales rep, she can evaluate her bpharm or pharmD with wes or iqas and get points for a bachelor's degree and use ref letters as sales rep.

Hi I'm sorry to ask this question but how do you know if your occupation should be assessed by WES?
Hello Jbelieve, WES evaluates your qualification, not occupation.

[please am an optometrist and an new here, I have a working experience of 5years, please I need guidelines on how to apply for the express entry quote author=Bello321 post=67108746]

Aloha . From what you have listed you can only use your NYSC. This is bcus you dont have up to one year with same employer in ur other jobs. According to cic's requirement, ur job role must b with the same employer under same noc for at least a year. You cannot claim points by combining NOCs. Only CEC applicants can. I confirmed from cic[/quote]

Please don't raise CSE and send school fees receipts and pictures etc. Trust me, as a lawyer those don't matter as far as adoption is concerned. The court judgment and the consent of the joint custodian is enough. Please stop worrying.

This may be late but I agree with this comment. I do not think you should raise a CSE. The notes acknowledge that the adoption papers are on file and also acknowledges the consent of the biological mother. I honestly do not believe that the ‘potential concern’ is a legitimate issue. This is the case analyst’s opinion and he has flagged it. The reviewer has a right to accept or not. And raising a potential concern for me doesn’t imply a problem. It’s just that the case is not completely straightforward and is being flaggged for the reviewe to note.

All the court documents you submitted as well as additional documents are sufficient. If they have an issue, they are obligated to issue a fairness letter or whatever it is called, asking you to explain the situation further. This isn’t an issue where they can reject your application because you did not upload a required document as that is the applicant’s fault for not following instructions. Before they can refuse you on grounds such as this, they need to give you a fair hearing and then you can submit additional documents. Those are my thoughts.

I wish you all the best and I believe God has gone before you. He gave you the child and He won’t allow that child to be an impediment to your future.

Hi House!

Please, I have ND and BSc in Accounting, am in the final stage of ACCA, currently enrolled in a Master of Accountancy in US now but want to apply for EE.

I also had two years internal Audit experience in Nigeria before leaving this January.

For experienced people, pls what are my chances?
Is internal Audit as NOC attractive for ITA?

Must I finish my ACCA before i can qualify?
Can only the BSc get me an ITA?

Am having some challenges with the master am doing currently.

I need sincere opinions please.
Thanks

Why don't you research about getting PCC from Ghana. Someone doesn't have to have done it first. Start it. Do the research come back and educate us here.
Sometimes, I tend to be on Pa Buhari's side.

internal audit is noc 1111 its ok. U need to assess 2 or more cert to get more points. Assess ur bsc nd nd , or bsc nd acca (f1-f9)(ADVANCED DIPLOMA IN ACCOUNTING AND BUSINESS). Gettin ITA with bsc is possible bt of recent hard. Assuming u max ielts, dont have a relative and below 30 d point is like 441. Evaluation ND might be harder dan acca F1-F9. So assess bsc nd acca

Experienced members of this thread, I need your help.
I have HDN and OND in accountancy from a Nigerian Polytechnic but do not have a corresponding work experience. I own a computer center where we do graphic design and online registration of various forms.

Can I apply for express entry with this profile.
Waiting for a reply.

for self employment to qualifiy for express entry.'' if the applicant is self-employed, articles of incorporation or other evidence of business ownership, evidence of self-employment income and documentation from third-party individuals indicating the service provided along with payment details (self-declared main duties or affidavits are not acceptable proof of self-employed work experience)."

'Please get reference letters from clients who can mention your duties and services provided, monies involved. You can also include invoices addressed to those clients, bank statements and income tax returns.'
If u cant meet those requirements use ur nysc experience.

Maybe you should cross check education n personal history section. You might as well do screenshots (privately) let's where the error is coming from.

I think I've been able to figure out where the problem is coming from. I was able to modify my entries post ITA and included location as Nigeria. However, my EE profile still says country of study "England", and my EE profile is locked and can't be modified.

Dear Family,

I got an ITA this last draw, I recently updated spouse WES details which hasn't come out yet well because I wasn't expecting ITA to come down to my 421 yet. the report should come out soon - a weeks time(all document received).

My dilemma is the Report date for spouse WES i filled online is 24th,

*Can I change the WES report date to correct date POST ITA when WES report comes.( no impact on my score)
* Will it matter that the WES report date will now be port ITA date.
* Do you cancel the ITA and wait another round to avoid gbege . or wait a week time when WES report comes and update and move on with the ITA since I still have 90 days to submit.

Did you get your BSc degree through direct entry?(i.e. started from second year) if yes then you need to evaluate both your ND and BSc because WES may indicate that your transcripts are incomplete if you don't have first year results. I know some people have experienced same here. You are also advised to write and attach a letter explaining the situation when sending copies of your certificates and if you can get your school to also send a similar letter that will be fantastic.

Please decline the ITA and wait for the WES report to avoid misrepresentation things. Your score should still get ITA in the next draw in 2 weeks if the trend continues

you already know this
