This how Bambokcretes are made there us a lot of research into this topic but it can only be used for concrete works that does not support plenty loads the are less load bearing than the normal steel .
But this is the future of reinforcement of concrete works am sure of that.

There's nothing electrical that cannot be done by a homeowner. At worst the work needs to be checked by a licensed electrician before it will pass code enforcement. This is the standard here.

DIY when it comes to building a home can come in form of a peoject manager even at that it is advisable to have a professional check some crucial stages...and truth be told if you ve the means..hand the building to a reputable firm with integrity and get your keys at the end...na owo nor dey make us dey wan use agidi run some matters.

the stress of managing a building project coupled with stress of a regular job/biz is enough..and you wanna extend it by adding Real DIY in wiring/plumbing .

somethings re easier said than done..will you quit your job or take an extensive leave to do the plumbing, tiles and electrical work at your site..when you can pay for the labour of such job with wages from less amount of time. Even a skilled craftsman will employ other skilled men to assist him...

I do Diy in lil stuffs like fixing click laminat fixing of other lil stuffs here but I wont advocate for a home owner to go the DIY route for wiring.....

The prices is reasonable provided he give you imported materials and very thick pipe (what am seen here imported materials price, although it's not stated on the list.)
More so 1" ,4" pipe price can still be reduce by 100-200 each but others fittings can be reduced by 10-100naira .


The quantity of pipe can not be accurate from here because we don't know how far your safety tank and suckaway is to the main building.

The bath top he means (7nos) should be bath tube but you can ask him to expantiate what he means.

Pls check the price of 4inch pipe. Are u sure it' not a lite pipe? The price is a bit compare to marketprice

Lol oga me na the situation o.. They produce most of those stuff you mentioned but can the quality be garranttee? Close to my house here there are tiles, nails, cable producers.. a lot of people still patronise them nonetheless

There are company producing high grade by the way.. We've seen the like of coleman cable.. and I think there is another company producing high quality corper pipe for plumbing stuff. .

Yes my brother at the moment you can use Bamboo for Lintel works and other less load bearing walls and there is a lot of RD into this possibilities especially in Asia where they have developed amazing bamboo sections and profiles and other varieties.

Lightweight pipe is 1.5mm is btw 750-850 depends on your location
While thickpipe of 2.2mm is btw 1300-1400 location determine this too.

Again that does not mean other can make better product, mind you Tower is an international Company with branching all over Africa and other part of the world. Many Chinese products are not as bad as people thought, it is our people that goes their to compromise the standards just to make huge profits. If you are ready to pay for genuine Chinese products is always there, it depends on your budget.
