Emzor Pharmaceuticals is currently in hot water after one of its Sales Reps was caught selling bottles of Codeine illegally to undercover reporters.

The reporters who posed as drug dealers received the shock of their lives when the rep sold 60 bottles of the drug to them adding that anything he sold to them was fresh from the 'oven'.

The bust was part of a documentary carried out by BBC reporters on the codeine epidemic in Nigeria. The documentary revealed that in two Nigerian states alone, over 3 million bottles were consumed every day.

These people are given unrealistic targets to meet by their companies, how do you think they meet up ? That aside, the level of regulation here is different from that of the UK so until we step up our laws to meet international standards, nothing tangible will happen to Oga sales rep

What is so appealing about codeine? How does it help a human? Does it enhance muscles or intelligence or wisdom? Does it bleach or enhance beauty? Does it fill your stomach so you won't have to eat for 6months? Does it increase sperm count or dick size/erection? Does it slow ageing? Does it rejuvenate a vintage pussy?

I don't get why people are drawn to vices that have absolutely no positives.

The problems is just poverty. Parents should have the resources to adequately raise (not train) their kids to have a focus and a sense of pride. I know there will be some rich kids that indulge but most of these drug abusers are kids from poor homes.

Bbc is implying that emzor is part of this drug abuse,, investigation has not even be carried out to determine if the guy acted on his own..and probably working with some accomplices in the to produce this illegally..
Mentioning the company's name will hamper any investigation that will be carried out now,, as if that is not enough, this is bad for emzor's reputation

This news shouldnt have named the company, just like banks are protected in similar issues , the coy should not hve been named till investigtion is complete..
