We all know that as the bokoharam group turned violent, Buhari and the Northern elders came to their defense. They said an attack on bokoharam was an attack on the North.

After 6 years, all we read is that high ranking commanders have been arrested. Yet there is no sponsor.

How come it's easier for buhari to get successful negotiators with bokoharam but difficult to get their sponsors?
