Stop this joke. 2.5 million will not complete any bungalow with average finishing, in a place like Lagos, Abuja, Port-harcourt or Warri. Will he not roof the house? How much is wood and roofing sheet today? How much is a bag of cement? Paint, nko? Electrical wiring materials are not getting cheaper. Tiles and sanitary wares are expensive. Even if he is using louvre windows and not aluminium frames, it still is going to be higher than that.
