Please i always experience illegal deductions from my airtel line and I have called the customer care service several times to complain about it. The problem is always subscriptions which i know nothing about. They always tell me it has been done and that i will not experience the problem again. But it continously happens and today's own was unbearable and i also called customer care and they gave me their usual reply. Why i am worried is because it is my known line and I don't know how long or the stress it will take me to port to another network. Please who knows a permanent solution to this problem. Thanks in advance for your help.

I have been suffering from the same thing. It's not bearable for me, so I borrowed 750mb data, used it up and dumped the SIM card. MISSION ACCOMPLISHED

I thought am.the only experiencin that poo especially when i load from my bank account i wont call more than 2 minute the nexr thing is am out of airtime still wonder the kind spirit wey dey follow me use my phone

Try this
Dial *902# and check if you're subscribed to any service, if yes then deactivate/stop them through the menu.
You can also send STOP to 2442 after that.
