How many months are we waiting again b4 we hear anything from Npower. No progress again since the last news.

On my profile, there is no Npower ID, surname was wrongly placed,no bank name and account number, wrong date of birth etc.
I cannot edit my page. I need to edit it so that I can change the errors.
I am 2016 awaiting list.

Open your profile,go to help and support and complain to them,they will rectify it immediately.

Payment of stipend would commence after deployment and resuming at your PPA, Working actively.

I have done that.

I tried editing my Bank name and Account Number, when I click submit an error message appear that phone number is Invalid. Though the phone number I used for my N power registration is not the one I am using for my bank account. I edited the N power registration phone number on my profile and put the phone number that correspond to my bank account. But when I try editing my Bank and Account Number, the same error message still appeared, Phone number is Invalid.
