Am doing a little research on e-commerce delivery companies like Konga, Jumia, Payporte, Kara.
I will like to know how much salary is paid monthly to Dispatch Riders working in these companies.
Are there good welfare packages for them, as well as growing on the job after working for some years.

I will appreciate anyone with useful info. Thanks...

seriously dispatch riders job is not easy at all if you don't have a good bike and even new bike can be at fault. I saw a dispatch rider at Victoria island whose bike is faulty. He's pushing the bike to a mechanic place or to deliver products to the COmpany's clients.
What I'm saying is that dispatch rider work is not easy cos their accident on the road is very common. Those guys deserve to be pay well.
Where I work before, they paid them 40k, some places is 50 or 55 highest cos majority of them is SSCE holders.

There is no growing in the job if I understand what you mean but as a business venture, it's very lucrative. The salary is basically 30k-40k monthly averagely as I once had one that I used to pay 7k weekly and learnt some with the bigger companies earn up to 50kmonthly.

40k, as far as the bike belongs to d company, they fuel it and maintain it.

That work no easy my brother, some dispatch riders still deliver till 8pm
