In Lagos, record has it that there over 18 million people, who need to move from one place to another, from time to time.

This implies the sacrosanctity and inevitability of transportation. Which makes the boom in the Lagos Transportation Industry second to none in the Federation.

The Sky they say is wide enough for all the birds to fly... The opportunities are so enormous that everyone interested in investing, with the right set of Guidance or Consult, will get a fair and commensurate share of the market opportunities.

This is why CS CONSULT a subsidiary of CS ACADEMY is offering you free consultancy services on how to leverage & maximize the opportunities in the E-HAILING (UBER/TAXIFY) TRANSPORT NETWORK

Are you looking for Drivers with verifiable track record of excellence on the E-Hailing(Taxify, Uber etc...) Platform

Thank you sir, I really appreciate your honesty and like I said on my previous post, uber drivers need to start owning their own cars and do things on their own terms. Nobody wants to be a slave to anybody.. So I suggest that you can walk into any of the major banks in Nigeria. Let them know you are uber driver, show them your past performance on the platform. And am sure an auto loan will be approved instantly with low interest and with no collateral... we all need to start thinking outside the box.. Thanks for the interest and wish you the best in your present and future endeavours.

Smart guy
Romeo3:
If you are finding it hard to meet up as a driver, it's time you get on the two platforms. uber and taxify.

From my personal experience, it reduces your downtime and wait time. If a request comes from uber, go offline on taxify and vice versa. No, it's not stressful and you only need 5 seconds to go offline on the other platform. If you find this difficult, e hailing isn't your calling.

There are times when the devil wants to be on your matter and requests will enter your phone at the same time from uber and taxify, yes it happened to me this morning as well. I handle it differently, depending on my circumstance.

1. I make sure I accept both requests. I will then call them both and find out politely where they are heading. I naturally like long distance trips, so if I am supposed to take you from ogba to ikeja shrine on uber, while the other taxify rider is going to lekki, "my ac has stopped working" or "i just had a minor accident" is the response the uber rider will get while I am on my way to pick taxify rider.

2. I slide the "arriving now" button on taxify, wait for 3 mins and then cancel the taxify. If you do not wait for 3 mins before cancelling, your activity score will reduce. OR if my cancellation on uber is less than 15%, i will cancel the uber.

3.This morning, i forgot the uber app was on after I had spoken with the taxify client. I accepted the uber request. But i never called the rider. She called 3 times and i refused to pick, so she cancelled by herself. No penalty.

Now, while on a trip with uber and you are almost at your destination, go online on taxify once you enter the street of your final destination, or vice versa.

Only give uber preference when you are in a surge or boost area. That's the only time uber makes more sense than taxify. Combine the two apps.... Money is money. Don't be loyal to any one app. They haven't done anything for your father and they cannot help your family. Use them and dump them when required.

cheers.

You got me wrong , the best is high purchase, if you say you want rental the big disadvatage of rental of that the driver will not see the car as his own but something he needs to maximize from thereby destroying the car, but if you do HP, the man knows after he meets the target, the car will be his, I almost got into an agreement for HP with u but I backed out because I was doing somethings. i ts a 3.2 million naira deal but the car is worth 1.3m , that is fair on all sides, because since you are the risk taker u need to get at leat 100% of your investment within two years which is good enough , the driver on his part knows that after two years the car becomes his. So its a win win situation, if you go for rental, the driver will want to make sure he maximize his effort so he may be targeting g a weekly income of 150k n if he get let say 80k out if it weekly , in three months he leaves your car totally battered while u gain at most 400k within that three months

#3.2 million for a #1.3 million car is way too much! This is what makes hp fail!
The question to ask the car owner is how he/she arrives at the hp total.

Bank loan for #1.3 million at 30% interest, over a 2 year period (the typical hp period) sets you back by #2.3 million over the same period - looking at interest and bank charges.

how far guys. Pls o I'm using an android phone with OS 5.0 (infinix note 2). I started taxify in abuja today... I took two night trips... one from wuye to lugbe and the other, lugbe to gwarinpa. And I was charged 800 for each one.
I'm wondering If that is the correct price, or if my phone is giving me wrong pricing because of a lower OS.. cos taxify says OS 6.0.. and that a lower OS can affect the pricing.
pls someone with experience in abuja route should guide me.
Tnx

No my brother ... the question is for any uber / taxify drivers looking for rental. As much as we need insurance for our vehicles, we also need assurance for ourselves... lets change the narrative.. #assurance # needed for partners ..
You want drivers to pay for Assurance like you said, you want drivers to pay 40k as rental. Buh you don’t want to hear about reduction of drivers rentals...... my friend take this flying kick there

Sir I do respect your point of view. And a flying kick will not solve the problem, it will only enhance the problem. Now for every problem there is always a solution. You can now walk into any banking hall and request for an auto loan. But just make sure you show proof of employment. Now being an uber driver is a form of a collateral for the bank. The bank will be more than happy to loan you money at the lowest rate possible. Just make sure you show them your past 6months earnings on either uber or taxify.. And you have your currant partner voch for you, not consign o as a good employee .. We need to start thinking outside the box .. I hope have been of help to you .if you like me to give you the list of banks that a uber friendly, please kindly send me your email to dru23@hotmail.com and I will gladly send u the list of the banks and their rate. I wish you success and best of luck. Don't be a stranger if need any additional assistance.

don't wait 3months, a bad driver will always be a bad driver, Inspect your vehicle every week. Tony almost killed my kia rio, he damaged a tyre every week, was always having yellow paint on the front bumpers and fenders, and finally he drove into a barrier in an estate when it was in the closed position.

Thank God for insurance, I have fixed my car, and Tony is in the labour market looking for the next car.

Maybe Tony should just go to the nearest bank of his choice. And get a auto loan . He has experince driving and am sure he can always use you as a reference in his loan application

This is why we need at least half of their rental for #assurance # deposit. If I talk now ,they say I dey brag up and down. The driver will wonder why he is not progressing in life. Some will move forward and some will remain or jump from one partner to another like a prostitute.

Care to share Tony’s details (Moniker & Phone Number) if you recruited him on Nairaland so that his next (Victim) Car Owner knows what he/she is getting into by doing business with Tony.

I guess this is also part of the narrative, for Car Owner, if you have a bad experience with your Driver, and he was recruited on this platform, kindly do share your experience too.

Keeping quiet doesn’t benefit your fellow countryman doing same business.
