Based on this post,I have lodged a complaint with the Lagos State Domestic and Sexual Violence Response Team and they have acknowledged the complaint. I hope necessary steps will be taken to prosecute the evil woman.

I'm with you on this. The female boss we have here is nothing but a wild beast. Talks anyhow, lacks empathy and respect for anybody whether male or female. Can't wait for her tenure to be over. when you came in to power newly we were happy for you thinking we had a mother as a boss not knowing we had an untamed wild animal waiting to unleash her terror.very unfeeling and unapproachable that if not that I know she has kids, I'll be wondering if she ever experienced the joy of motherhood.

The point is women are better of as mothers, sisters, friends ,colleagues and aunties. The moment they wield any power over anybody they become like an untamed animal because their nature, emotionally and psychologically can't balance leadership, managing people and crisis.

You don't know the extent of how much I hate her personality which has influenced my views about female bosses. If a woman comes out to contest for presidency, and her opponent is either Buhari or abacha, (assuming he was alive) I will rather vote buhari or abacha than any woman even if the woman has a PhD and her opponents are just ssce holders

African women are innately hateful and vile creatures. They hate each other, compete with each other for the most mundane and ridiculous things, bring each other down and stand in the way of each other. Seems to me they have unconsciously developed the misogynistic culture.

You see why women themselves who shout about gender violence are not any better. Look at how this one is assaulting her employee because she has seen she's in a vulnerable and helpless position. Even if you want to correct her are there not better ways to correct her than assaulting her like this?

Men protect yourselves and future, I am a woman and I have seen the good, bad and ugly side of women. When women are leaders and they want to punish you, they have no limits. They'll do the unthinkable and hide under weaker vessels. If you allow women in power, they can slap you in public without consideration for your feelings. Women are everywhere in leadership positions and we are now seeing the difference.

Don't get me wrong, I love women, but women in power are no longer women In character, they're just women by gender
in fact the genesis of turbulent marriages are women. it's only women that will sleep with their friends husband, gossip about each other, slander each other and back bite just to have the upper hand. They're good as mothers but terrible as in-laws, they're good as sisters but nasty as bosses.
