The Kogi State High Court sitting in Lokoja has granted bail to Senator Dino Melaye in the sum of N10million.

Justice Nasiru Ajanah, who granted Senator Melaye bail based on his health challenge on Wednesday, gave a condition that the lawmaker must provide a surety in the like sum.

The man has not been acquitted,declared innocent or discharged of the charges against him.... he was just granted bail based on his health issues but must still appear in court on the days of his hearing..

if eventually found guilty, he would be sent to Prison to serve his terms or otherwise as the judge pronounce..

ND if found innocent... he can walk a free man
