Yes maybe it is because your state is not registered if its nt edo or neighbouring state

Nice one but this stuff is not complete. The PDF file I have here comprises Statisticians cadre, Accountant cadre, Procurement and Auditor cadre. I have successfully applied too.

I did it on my phone with Chrome browser on the very first day. You keep trying, it will go.
