The National Chairman, Prince uche Secondus and his National Working Committee Members this afternoon in Port Harcourt attended the flaging off of the Local Government campaign rally for the forthcoming Local Government Council Elections in Rivers State. The symbolic handling over of the Party Flags to each of the 23 Local council party candidates was part of the event .
