I saw a post once on IG that it isnt wrong for breastfed babies to take multivitamin (abidec and co)
Cause BM doesn't contain vitamin D, which they can get from multivitamin
Cc Beejaytp

The egg yolk contains vit D and some fish too. Who calculated the nutritional value of BM? Even a paed would advise against the use of drugs in infants, abidec may be introduced if there's a loss of appetite.

You are right madam, breastmilk does not contain vitamin D but you dont need to give baby abidec and co. Right from the hospital, we were given vitamin D drop to put in baby's mouth( 2 drops) per day for babies on exclusive and one drop per day for babies on formula. My son is 9 months now and i asked his doctor on his last appointment last week if i can still use vitamin D for him and he said i should only use it if he is on breastmilk only. Which means babies on exclusive breast feeding should get 2 drops og vitamin D everyday.

Sorry for you ordeal it will pass. However try and sit your hubby down and explain to him how you are feeling, let him understand that your body is still healing.

You guys can use lubricants like olive oil to ease entry, do plenty pre-intimacy setting the mood and getting you really wet.

Let him go slow and don't rush! You can guide him with your hands and tell him to stop when you feel uncomfortable.

Congrats on your baby and welcome here.

Then when you have healed and need to boost your sex life and libido try the following...

Very ripe watermelon cut it to bite sizes in a bowl, add 1 or 2 tins of evaporated milk ( peak will do) keep refrigerated to chill and then consume. This helps with libido and wetness.

There is also kunu Aya made with Aya, coconut, Debino prepare all and grind with water sieve and drink up.

Other mamas will shook mouth.

Whatever you eat, you pass it through BM.
Egg yolks can be given to infants from 7or8m

Flagyl is a strong antibiotic, using it in small doses will make certain bacteria very resistant to it especially the intestinal and skin bacteria. The day flagyl will be recommended (which is usually for emergency diarrhea or serious cough) it will have zero effect.

Personally, I don't subscribe to this.

thank u ma

I really feel your pain but take one step at a time, no need to rush. Sit your husband down and have a heart to heart discussion with him. Let him know that you feel pain and you are not heal yet. Tell him you will make it up to him with different sex method you are learning. Trust me, men like lies like women too but try and calm him down. Let him wait biko.

On another note, my hubby waited for 4-6 month sef, no tears oo but na cry i go use finish am. I am like you that don't get wet but i prayed to God to let my body be totally released for my husband so that i wont just sit like a log of wood. Right now, anytime we want to do the do, i put all my mind, body and soul to it so that i can enjoy it like he does too. So, change your state of mind. I have never used any drug but the most important drug is your state of mind. Try and think about it, if you are not a really deep person, watch blue movie sef if that will make you to come out of your state. Tell him you are in this together, he should not come and carry disease to you oh because his body is peppering him.

I wish you all the best.

Buy lubricant
Proper lubricant that's meant for sex
Example is Durex. There are other brands too.

Before you two start, engage in lots of pre-intimacy.
Let him tickle your clitoris, sick your boob's too
Let him use his hands or fingers to gently trace imaginary lines on your back, your clitoris, let him use his tongue.
You cab spice it up by using honey or some ice cream.
Pour it on his preek and suck it off him
Let him pour it on your n.ipples and twirl his tongue on it

See ehn after delivery I didn't want to have sex either. It was hard. But I got my mind off the pain (and fear that I may be too wide down there).

You two can watch some pornography together. It equally helps with sexual stimulation.

I know some people will frown at MouthAction but if you two are comfortable with it, it's a great sex booster o. Try the "69" position. (thank me later)
Also have a relaxed mind.
The pain will only be for the initial penetration. After that na you go de scream "baby labam don't stop keep moving"

Let me not talk again biko I de office. I nor carry change of pata

lemme Coman be going before enque and some people will call me kpekus mistress

We did 6*6 adult bed but the color is lemon and white. The same as the wall painting then decorated it with cartoon characters. We had to put alot in consideration especially netting cos of mosquitoes and the stress of buying another when they outgrow it.

I disagreed at first but i love it now

Mamas in the house Good morning... I hope our little ones are doing fine and disturbing us..

Pls I have a question... is it normal for a 4months 2weeks baby to not be independently sitting on his own? It's becoming frustrating.
I put my baby boy to sit, whenever I do so I'll always have to support him else he'll fall. If he sits for like 5mins he'll starts crying..
I started putting him to sit before he was 3months, now he is 4months plus but he hasn't gotten that full posture. I've seen other babies his stage already sitting and it got me worried, that's why I'm here.

Pls is it normal or when is the appropriate time for babies to sit up on their own or he hasn't reached that milestone?

Mamas pls help before I lose my mind.

Aishlove,congrats on ur newborn.

When u touch the epi site does it pain you or is it only during sex? Some women develop keloids which could cause the pains. You might need to go back to the hospital to check it out.Qlso know that some ppl tqke longer time to heal and so ask him to give you more time .

You also have to cultivate a positive mindset during sex and use a lot of lubricants.

Chai mama you're right. It's my MIL she won't let my baby be. Every time she's with him, she'll start forcing him to sit. My baby would just be crying. She'll always say the baby is supposed to be sitting by 3months. I just tire. She won't let me handle my child the way I want. It's causing me a lot of ish with her.
