An idea struck my mind to design a website where people can rent an apartment and pay in full while the website takes care of other things. Trust me, it's different from others.
But I don't even know where to start. I only HTML, CSS and little Javascript.

I once discussed this idea with my friends but he didn't encourage me all he said was its a very big project..... The only issue is how will you get this vacant house in each state?
