Don't remove thermostat for your car, it will make your car not to run at optimal temperature which will cause engine problems. If I may ask, why do you want to do such?

Please don't. Your engine is designed to operate at a particular temperature and tampering with that would be the beginning of calamities for your car.... Your fan may not even run at times if the engine temperature doesn't call for it. Kindly maintain your manufacturer's settings... They spent billions of dollars in research and decades in the design and production of your car.... Don't think they're stupid.

Advice: run from any technician suggesting that. Where's your location maybe someone here can recommend a competent Benz technician for your car.
