Five Most Annoying Nigerians This Week by 24hoursreporter(op): 10:03am On May 19, 2018
By Choice Arukwe

Lately, I have started thinking about marriage, one Facebook philosopher said it is the only way to be a happy Nigerian. But I will never forget the last chorus of Oedipus, call no man happy except he is dead. Talking about death, I’m not dying soon, not until my grandchildren had cracked palm kernel on my kneecap. Before I forget, this article will briefly reveal the five most annoying Nigerians this week.

Well, thank God I was only thinking about marriage and not considering it. Thinking is most times vague. And like every other thing I have thought without consideration, I allow it to perish like a bag of vegetable that has endured a harsh trip to Sokoto.

I don’t intend to stop this series anytime soon, not until Buhari’s chances of re-election becomes so slim like the body of a Muslim supermodel during Ramadan fasting.

Nigeria is becoming increasingly harsh, but the Kano State government budgeted N345 million for fruits only in this year’s Ramadan fasting. I wonder how much they will budget on food and drinks. It seems Nigeria will never get better, we are being fed daily on a diet of bad news.

Sometimes, I wonder if Buhari’s ear infection was thoroughly treated because every plea keeps falling on deaf ears. This week, we have new names of annoying Nigerians.

Think of these names as the names of noisemakers your Class monitor wrote back then in primary school, but unlike your class monitor I won’t take a bribe to wipe a name. The Oracle of the hills and caves does not accept a bribe.

List of Five Most Annoying Nigerians This Week
Below is the list of five most annoying Nigerians this week.

MAGU (EFCC BOSS)
Many Nigerians were shocked to see Magu, the anti-corruption crusader having a lapel of Buhari boldly pinned on his suit, hahaha, what else did you expect from a cigarette if not smoke.

Under Buhari, the EFCC has ceased to be an independent body. Now you know EFCC is Buhari’s lap dog. Magu deserves to be given a sleeping pill and a laxative at the same time. I hope you understand why he is among the five most annoying Nigerians this week.

IGP IDRIS IBRAHIM
If you ever find the IGP at the bottom of a well just leave him there, or better yet cover the well so he will lose ‘transmission’. The IGP has become Wilson Tagbo in Anezi’s One week one trouble, from ducking the Senate to his inability to read a written speech, I wish Thanos can dissolve him for us.

YAHOO GIRLS/BOYS
I’m tired of hearing yahoo boys let’s talk about yahoo girls. And by that I don’t mean those girls who collect money from a guy and end up not visiting.

Our girls are now doing yahoo too. It is in the order of things in the universe that every Clyde must have a Bonnie.

Well, why are these people annoying? They deny you and I opportunities to travel and acquire better education because they see us as fraudsters. Scholarships keeps eluding us. Canada is gradually shutting its doors on us.

OSIBANJO
The Lord will be angry with me if I omit Osibanjo. Last week I chewed him raw and this week I’m vomiting him. He is constantly backing up vices as if they are virtues.

If I mistakenly sit closer to Osibanjo in a Church service, and the Pastor says turn to your neighbor and say I love you, I will avoid him like the 11th plague of Egypt.

PRESIDENT BUHARI
Oh you guys thought I forgot Buhari, not today, not sure of next week even. I have a reason for putting his name last. He is a General so I placed the infants first. But wait, Buhari’s incompetence is excelling like a spreadsheet.

At the official commissioning of the EFCC building, he bought a CD with dollars. In fact he was holding a wad of dollar bills. The number one citizen of our country doesn’t believe in the Naira. Will Buhari quit his wily ways? I have rinsed my heart once again by sharing the list of five most annoying Nigerians this week.

The day is still young but the sun is rising very fast. If it ever gets too hot today I might call my Ex so I can be around something “shady”. I’m outta here.

What do you think about the list? Well! drop your response on the comment box below.

The phrase lazy youth is relative! It is just an objective write up. But some Hypocrites aren't seeing anything wrong with the series of dramas that have been going on in the past last week. Perhaps you are the leader of Lazy Youth Association of Nigeria. lol. You na my chairman for Lazy youth union. Lol

I did not see images of the commissioning of the new EFCC building.

But, in all honesty, was the president holding a wad of dollar bills?
