I love threads like this. It's very educative. I have igbo friends who are very nice to me. I've been able to pick a few words from here.
I don't know whether it's safe to conclude that
*'Ike' means Power, going by Chike and Ikenna.
* Probably, Ikechukwu will mean God's power?
*I also think 'Nna' means Father, going by Nnenna and Ikenna, then Nnayi, a word commonly used in the movies.
*Also, Nnenna could be an Igbo version of either of Yetunde, Yewande, Yeside or Yejide.... all guesses.

Then some Igbo names are missing : Chikodiri, Chinasa, Ifeanyi, Chinemere, Kosisochukwu, Chineze, Obiozor, Onyekachi, Nduka, Chimamanda, Okechukwu, Chekwube, Obiangeli, Obianuju, Isioma and the rest.

In the Southeast, you will still meet guys called Onyinye. I had two as close friends in sec school. One was from Enugu and the other from Anambra. So, you're right; it is unisex, though girls tend to bear it more.
