Did he place the decision letter here on Nairaland and you saw misrepresentation ticked as a reason for denial?

Ps: when he asked his question he didn’t place the decision letter. If there was decision letter and those sections were checked, it’s definitely a ban. The GCMS should confirm so.

Lol! It's better to make it known to the young man, than giving him high hopes. What will be my gain wishing him a ban, I couldn't have done such if he wasn't issued a ban.

What are you saying Attorney? Didn't you see it yesterday? He was refused based on mispresentation and not on other grounds.

The Attachement was pasted by him yesterday.

You doubt the attachment, you can check this link as well https://www.nairaland.com/4390108/canadian-student-visa-thread-part/143#67695492

My bad, I truly apologize, I didn’t see this attachment. He is under a ban for sure, you are right. The GCMS should confirm this. Yes he would be encouraged to apply again if he feels he can meet to the requirements, including a previous ban. Apologies for any misunderstanding.

I don’t give anybody high hopes. To the contrary, I am a person blunt.

Canadian government despises lies and deceit. Be truthful, never cut corners , and if they deem you fit for a visa, you will be given.

Never ever forge bank account statements. They investigate your statements and every other documents they wish to concerning you. All the best guys.

Lol!

He was so convinced CIC was mistaken and that the guy was not guilty of misrepresentation. I was very perplexed he had so much faith in another man's application.

Well, maybe he had a reason.

Life goes on
Lol! It's okay my boss. How is your preparation going? Hope everything is set for take off?

All the best and congratulations on your TRV.

Thanks. My school reopens in September, so more time. Preparations are currently ongoing. The usual "pre-departure syndrome":

-Refurbishing my wardrobe
-Searching for accommodation
-Smiling in anticipation whenever Canada is mentioned on TV.
-Wondering how on earth I can fit my entire existence into two 23kg suitcases.
-Wishing June, July will be removed from the calendar so September comes quickly.

God has been Faithful.

It shall end in praise for us all.

Hi all

This is my first post and I would appreciate your quick response.

I am about to apply for my TRV, but I have few questions which might not have been asked/answered on this thread and the previous.
I am 30 years old, married with a one-year-old son and I have an unconditional PhD admission offer. I intend to apply with my son while hubby stays back as one of the home ties.

For my son, I have contacted most of the child care centres around my University, but they are fully booked and was told I will be put on a waitlist until next year.

My question:
How else do I show the VO that my child will be adequately catered for while studying since I couldn't get him into a daycare centre?

Well, only carry what is very important and you think you can get in Canada. As for your wardrobe, I will advise you get most of your clothing in Canada(only carry your native attire along).

Getting a day care centre for him would have really helped as the vo will expect him to be taken care of before you commence your studies. I will advise you leave him behind till next year(though I know it won't be easy for you). When exactly are you suppose to resume and which month of next year will the day care have opening for your child?

Hi Amazonrck,
Getting a daycare for kids around the university is always not an easy thing; and I can assure you the VO is aware of such (some university's daycare centre even have well over 2 year waiting period on their list). I doubt any daycare will even reserve a space for that long till you resume (that's on the condition you find any). The only daycare you might end up with eventually might be a private one and that can't be easily arranged until you get it.
A friend in a similar situation with you, registered on the waitlist of about 5 different daycares on the province's website and that page was what she included in her application
You don't have to leave your son behind, if I am in the position of a VO, I will question leaving a year old baby with his father.

This is the funniest post I've seen here in a while!

Bro please enjoy your stay in Nigeria now while you wait for September. I'm certain you'll rather be waiting for September to travel than waiting anxiously for TRV like most of us here.

it's might be a while before you return to Nigeria so feel free to enjoy naija and make some good memories with your loved ones.

Cheers and congratulations.

The time in between is much. You have two options: To travel alone then get a place for your child then send for him afterwards or follow @HisSignature suggestion(since he said someone tried it and it worked). Best of luck

Hello house,

i urgently need clarification on this. my husband and my bro in-law are going to be sponsoring me. Do i need the affidafit of support from the court or just a letter of sponsorship from them would do. i also do not have much in my account, do i need to present my SOA as well. if i move funds into in now, would it look suspicious that a lump sum was recently deposited into the account?

please gurus help me out here. thanks
