Red beans dey here. White beans dey. Really virtually everything. Ogbono to whatever. Now they even have frozen yam. Buy packs and store in the fridge. While bringing food from Naija might be a good idea - question is in what quantities and how long is that going to last you and especially if you don't even have a place to stay yet to dey carry food upandan? Just like someone was asking me about bringing furniture and stuff. I could be wrong but I really don't see the need. Spare yourself the headache. Travel light, easier to move around etc. Just my 2 cedi.

Take a taxi or bus from the airport to your destination. You don't need to book ahead for this.

The 10kg extra, is the company willing to pay for the extra or they have booked it along with your ticket? I don't understand that part.

Once you get your ticket, it will specify your baggage allowance. You should go with whatever is on the ticket.

You”re not entitled to any start up allowance as such.Once your centerlink and Medicare details are sorted,you might be entitled to family tax benefits,rent allowance and childcare rebates.
The amount of benefit you receive is dependent on how much you earn.I have two kids and we are not entitled to any amounts as of now.

I just checked google and saw this visa class was stopped in March 2013 and it does not allow you work.maybe I’m wrong though.
