I have a new product in mind but how do I gain exclusive right to be the sole producer of the product. One thing is, my fear is it can easily be made for its components are easy to sought. But I want to be the one alone since its my idea. Any advice ? Thanks |

First do you have the required capital to give you the license of a sole manufacture, and what makes you think the idea is new? You can only be given some years to produce as a sole producer this is if the business is viable then, other manufacturers will be given license to produce. But until you are sure nobody has already done what you have in mind. Monopoly can only be for sometime 5 to 20 years. |

Jatinzbusinessc:Yes, I have searched online but never has it been done world over even at that at least in Nigeria. For capital, yes I can source the capital like through loans, friends n family. I think monopoly should be around 10yrs or so. How do I go about having the monopoly bro |
