Loss the phone and loss the panel, use METHLATED SPIRIT and clean the panel with a tooth brush dry it in the sun for 5 hours after that fix it back and enjoy your phone once again.

pls my techno L6 dey drain battery which just started not quiet long,have bought another battery and still d same.The main issue now is it is selecting charger and have even changed the charging port still selecting,what could b the cause and possible solution and also i need the back corver or let say total casing cos have lost all those side keypads and kindly drop ur whatsapp contact should in case any question tanks!!

it myt sound funny but its worth a try,since your phone fell inside water, put it in rice or garri to help the draining,i have tried it b4 with my tecno m3 and it worked.
