Unbehalf of all barbers ( Professionals and apprentices) I strongly condemn this! If true then this is barbaric and uncalled for.
I call on the army superiors to ensure this case isn't swept under the carpet. The army as I know it doesn't and isn't suppose to tolerate indiscipline and abuse of powers from its officers (I recall the case of the cripple in onitsha who was assaulted simply because he was wearing camouflage!) hence the soldier(s) involved must punished immediately to redeem what's left of the tattered image of the Nigerian Army!!!
