So, no little Indian here can show us suburbs where low middleclass and low income Kenyans live?

So, apart from the slums in Nairobi, the CBD and the estates where rich Indians and whites dominate, nothing else?

Nigerians who can study abroad would not think of Kenya first, it's usually the U.S, U.K, Germany, etc not Kenya.

Even Kenyans who want to study abroad normally have UK, USA, Europe, Japan, Korea/China as their first options exactly in that order but I'll be lying if I say those who find themselves in South Africa don't feel lucky.

If this is truly the rent being paid for a 3 bedroom flat in madaraka, Nairobi west. Then it is a high middle class estate.

In Surulere for instance there are still quality middleclass estates where a 3 bedroom flat can cost as low as $2,700 per annum. However, you can also find a 3 bedroom flat in the lower income areas for as low as $1,300 per annum.
So, you can see that it is a completely mixed suburb.

Yes, these are the cheaper low class neighborhoods in Surulere. You don't find them for rent online.
There are around 1 million people in Surulere. And it is a mixed neighborhood

BTW Naigerians stop being arrogant, we have more cities than Just Nairobi and Mombasa.

I know most countries in west Africa apart from Nigeria have one or max two Cities.
