Hello,

I need help deciding on something on a new idea which I am working on.

In a situation where 3 people are acting?

1. Idea creator (he owns the idea, me in this case)
2. Client hunter (he sourced for our first client)
3. Financier (he is providing funds to kick off the idea and he is my cousin)

Who goes home with the lion share and what percentage of the profit should go to each person? I don't want to be greedy. This is a recurring business and not a one off thingy.

U need to really explain that connection provider. Cos i don't understand how a connection provider which u have said is your customer gets percentage from your profit

In the %100 profit you earn from the business. You as the idea creator takes 40%, while the Clients services guys who brings customers take 25% and the financial takes 35%. Ensure you propose it to them and when it is agreed upon, you draft an agreement and all parties sign for it. If the guy that brings customer feels cheated, you give him extra 5% to motivate him making him take 30%. I wish you good luck.
