Democracy has failed completely in Nigeria... Whatever has failed is not worth celebrating.
Check your definition of democracy again and ask yourself if that is obtainable in Nigeria.
We have leaders who rig their way into power without the votes of the people. Leaders who don't do what the people want, but they only listened to a few people who call themselves cabals. So where is the democracy you are celebrating? Where in Nigeria is democracy practiced?
