change the file type from JPEG to JPG

I had the same problem too.... I resized my passport photograph online using chrome. Search for "picture resize", click on any of the links and reduce ur passport photograph to 50kb and save it as jpg.

Are you using your phone to register? Click on the icon at the top of the right side(that's if you're using Chrome) and "request desktop site"... It will change to PC format..... You'll see applicant login when you follow the steps above and you can now proceed with your application.

Someone should please help me with this issue. Since yesterday

check your passport details it shouldn't be less than 50kb and not more than 100kb.Make sure its within the range after that go to Google and search convert *jpeg to jpg* click on the first result and choose the passport.

I think u should download the passport to a different location instead of the one that directs to Gmail
