I found solution

Make sure you use a google chrome browser if you're using a mobile phone, then go to the browser setting and put it on desktop mode. That way the browser will capture all features and icons on the website.

I just completed and submitted my application, passport upload done now praying I am shortlisted.

Any other issue about it, lemme know

mails are only sent to gmails and not yahoo mail.
I had to create a new mail

I am not an applicant, but one thing I have seen from this thread, there’s true brotherly love, people are willing to help one another. Visit a cyber cafe

The process is very simple as long as you follow the rules, It didnt take me 10 mins before I completed mine, just make sure you have a good internet connection and preferably a chrome browser. You don't have to go to cafe, you can do it right on your phone.

Once I log in and click on my application it will Temme to log in again later the page will be blank. Please how do I proceed to register

That's the network, be sure you're not using a network with weak signals. The portal is damn busy, thousands are doing same thing.

If your signal strength is strong, just reload d current page or tap the back button and repeat the initial process. I experienced that like 5 times b4 I submitted successfully. My browsing network "H" disappeared at some point but I went and reload the page.

If it persists, visit a cyber cafe, don't waste your time

guys I don't have d national Id card or driver license....I have voters card what can I do abt it

please guys for Nigeria Prison Service, i v been unable to apply and i need u guys to help me out on how to go about it so i can apply for FRSC and other govt jobs. the problem is the surname on my primary school certificate is different from other certificates. when i was in primary school, i was using my grandfather's name but when i entered secondary school, my father insisted i use his name and no longer my grandfather's name. please how do i go about correcting this so i can apply for govt jobs?

After you log in, just click on application. There will be a drop down menu , click on my application and fill the necessary info there, just click next at the bottom, it will take you to another page.
