Real Madrid want Alisson to compete with Navas and to be his heir (MARCA)

Keylor Navas may just have won his third Champions League title in a row and he may be Zinedine Zidane's undisputed starter, but Real Madrid are keen to bring in another goalkeeper to compete with the Costa Rican and to provide a long-term option.

At 31 years of age, Navas is still in his prime, but Los Blancos are already putting a succession plan in place and their preferred choice is Roma's 25-year-old goalkeeper Alisson Becker.

Los Blancos have already been in touch with the Brazilian's agent and with Roma sporting director Monchi.

As happened last year when they had to sell Mohamed Salah, Roma need to bring in some cash before June 30 and they are aware that they could fetch a fee of between 50 and 60 million euros for Alisson.

There are other candidates too, like David de Gea and Thibaut Courtois, but Alisson could be a cheaper option and, if Roma aren't stubborn, he could be transferred before the World Cup, where he'll be Brazil's starter.

Liverpool are also interested in the shot-stopper, but it is understood that he'd prefer the Spanish capital.

Bale's stage is bigger but The keeper didn't even attempt to catch Cr7 's own Buffoon just stood like a statue

and as for barca there was a time when own goal was their highest goal score, they're mediocre in Europe

CR7's goal pinned buffon. No chance of keeping that.

Buffon is a legend, and also a legend scored a bicycle kick against him, that's why CR7's kick is been adored more coupled with the height.

Real Madrid have agreed a deal for Brazilian prodigy Rodrigo Rodrigues

After the acquisition of Vinicius Junior, Real Madrid have agreed a deal for Rodrigo Rodrigues, another Brazilian prodigy who is set to feature for the club's youth team.

The 18-year-old will have a medical before signing his contract with Los Blancos.

Rodrigo is being represented by the former football player Luis Eduardo Schmidt, known as Edu, who has confirmed the youngster' moves to the reigning Champions League winners.

"Wearing the jersey of the best club in the world is a dream and I am sure that I am in the best place to grow as a player," he said.

"I hope to give the fans a lot of joy and win titles."

Just SMH.

The level of asss licking/asss kissing on this thread is of mind boggling proportions!

At a time when a certain Gareth Bale should be darling of madridstas worldwide for delivering yet another masterclass on their grandest stage of the season,

In comes the ever glory-seeking, attention-craving, tantrum-throwing drama queen to gate-crash on his spot light.

And as always his arrogance would be interpreted as 'competitiveness' by his ever willing asss kissers.

Surely a brace or a hattrick from ronaldo would have spared the world of his tantrums on saturday.

Sadly but unsurprisingly majority of the people here are in agreement that ronaldo and not bale should be hogging the headlines today.

FFS spare Gareth Bale 48 hours of glory and afterwards y'all can feel free to resume nibbling on your personal GOAT for eternity.
And this is coming from a someone that declared himself a Messi Fan instead of a Barca fan.

At least we will play against your country in the group stages.

Insha Allah Nigeria will win likewise Croatia will beat your Argentina (Modric and Kovacic) and you and your idol will watch the rest of the tournament on TV.

Let's also put context into this though otherwise we'd just make our board look bad

Neymar signed for a club sponsored by one of the richest countries in the world who can afford to double or triple is wages if they want to and if FFP allows. if not for FFP they'll sign Ronaldo and Messi alongside him, pay them 2M a week each and still get Debruyne, Modrić and Kroos. They're that rich

Messi waited till he had 6 months left on his contract to sign so the club was put in a desperate situation in which they either pay what or close to what he asks for OR he signs for a non Spanish club for free read:ManCity or PSG who are country sponsored and would probably pay him more than what he's asking for

Its easy to look at the numbers and be sad but look beyond it and the explanations are there. we also need to note that as at the time Ronaldo signed his last contract he was the highest paid player in the world till Neymar signed for PSG and Barcelona technically "bought" Messi on a free transfer from Messi

Yes, he should be paid better but we can't keep catching cold just because PSG and Barca sneezed

love your write up, even if CR7 gets a pay rise, there is no way he will be paid same amount Neymar or messi gets on their respective clubs. If CR7 had waited for his old contract to reach at the final six months, the board would have paid him more .

Just like I said sometime ago. If psg gets CR7,they would pay him triple of what both players earn.

The question should be when was and how can this be breaking news? undecided

Something that has been known since forever.

Abegi na another noise maker wantingbtraffic to their blogs

His contract will be improved but definitely not at par with Messi nor Neymar.
Simply because he is not getting younger

Paris Saint-Germain are hoping to lure Cristiano Ronaldo away from Real Madrid this summer by offering a €45 million (£40m/$52m), according to AS .

The Portuguese star has cast doubt on his future with his comments after his side's Champions League win over Liverpool, raising the interest of the French side.

The Ligue 1 side have already contacted Madrid, the newspaper says, but Madrid's high demands and UEFA's Financial Fair Play rules could hinder their pursuit.
