Thousands laun laun!!? Lol!

Let me speak for myself... Three reasons why I might not complete a story includes...

1. Loss of Inspiration
I might have been very inspired at the very beginning, but then I just lose interest in the story. This rarely happens to me, cos I am always passionate about my stories before I even begin. But sometimes, along the line, I outgrow the concept of the story.

2. Lack of Motivation From Readers
We don't get paid here, so readers and comments they leave is what motivates us to keep writing. If no one is showing interest in the story, I might not feel the need to continue. If I post one chapter, two chapters, three chapters and no one leaves a comment, I might just decide to abandon the story. But I only abandon it for a time... Cos I eventually finish my stories... Whether it takes 6 months or a year.

3. Life
Yep! Life happens. I might have set up a schedule to post three times a week, but then the money for my house rent that I was expecting isn't coming forth from the deal I made. Or, I get depressed. Or I have to travel to handle some family issues urgently. Anything can happen... Life happens.

I think those are the three major reasons that can make me not complete a story. Ofcos there is writers block, but a bottle of Legend also works for me... It knocks that wall down. Lol!

I have read most of your works and I must commend you because 90 percent of them gets completed. Well, I think " life really happens" for some writers, many of who has not even a single completed work here on literature section. Thank you.
