Sending him to jail is not as important as recovering the looted funds and ensuring that politicians find it difficult to loot.

Block the holes, and the judiciary will have less issues to worry about.

This man was arrested by EFCC in 2007 o before some people will say it is Baba's doing again.
But really our judiciary system is ridiculously slow. This case has been going on for 12 years and the man will still appeal it o. That would take years again and if it doesn't favor him, he'll go Supreme Court.
By the time he's found guilty by Dupremem court he probably would have grown old and died

at least he will be appealing from jail

Convicting one corrupt politician out of so many shows this govt still have a long way despite the huge noise made about fighting kwaruption even though we know it is not the final verdict and will still be appealed.
