He can say "no comment" and not say anymore. His accuser still carries 100% buurden of proof

"Public place" is defined in law and his office is not any more of a public place than Buhari's office.

my brother I think I got your points real good. If the accuser has only those pics as evident to her case, obviously she will lose because those are not circumstantial- it proves nothing. Besides in the real sense of it, are those pics nudes pics? Cos am yet to see his private parts. Having a bottle of alcohol in one's office is not a crime neither is it against university rule.. Doctors, Clergies, etc do take alcohol in their offices, esp private office.
As far as I know except there are concrete evidences, it pass for blackmail.
On a lighter note, so if am checking myself in my office and someone spy on me with camera and come up with some funny allegations, some dumb ass with take that hook line and sinker? That's crazy.

Do not get me wrong I understand the context of these things in Nigeria and I do not wish to vouch for this guy. In my heart I suspect him. But I am self aware enough to interrogate myself and mistrust my instincts.

Logically those pictures on their own prove nothing we need to hear and see a bit more especially from the accuser
